Please note that these are sample applications and are meant to be an example. You can copy and modify these applications to fit your needs.

**This app includes GPS input as well as laser rangefinder input for the total height field.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• It is highly recommended that all DPC programs be recompiled with the latest version of DPCEdit.
• The DataPlus Mobile trial version has full functionality on the PC for 30 days but has limited capabilities on the hand held. On the handheld, the demo mode will run 10 times and it only allows one dataset per application to be collected at one time with 10 lines maximum per branch file.
• When registering, type in “trial” for the serial number on the PC.
• For the handheld, press the Demo Mode Button.

PC Compatibility
The minimum requirements are as follows:

• An IBM compatible PC with an 80486 or greater processor
• Windows 7, 8, 10
• 1 GB of RAM
• 200 MB of free hard disk space
• SVGA or greater video (800 x 600 resolution), 256 or greater color setting

Mobile Compatibility
The minimum requirements are as follows:

• A StrongARM-compatible processor
• Screen dimension of at least 320×240 or 240×320
• Windows Mobile 5.1, Mobile 6.1, Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5.x
• Windows 7, 8, 10
• 32MB of RAM
• 1MB of free storage space

DataPlus Mobile has been tested on the following mobile devices:

To install the PC software…
Download the “dataplus_mobile_installer.exe” file into an empty directory or Open (Run) it from its current location.

When installing:
If saved to a local directory, from inside Windows Explorer double click on “dataplus_mobile_installer.exe” to install the files. Follow the instructions from the setup wizard.

When registering, type in “trial” for the serial number on the PC.

For the handheld, press the Demo Mode Button.

DataPlus Mobile Handheld Mobile Device Update v4.14.01:

The DataPlus Mobile file should extract the EXE from the zip file and manually copy to “C:\ElecData\DataPlus Mobile\Install Files\Mobile\Arm” on the PC where DPM Host is installed and use DPM Host to update the program on the Windows Mobile device.

With DataPlus Mobile, an alternative would be to extract the EXE from the zip file and manually copy it using WMDC or from a USB Memory Stick to the DataPlus Mobile installation folder on the target device replacing the ‘DataPlus Mobile.exe’ file already there. DataPlus Mobile cannot be running when copying the file.

DataPlus PC Update v4.13.05:

The DataPlus PC file should extract the EXE from the zip file and manually copy to “C:\ElecData\DataPlus PC” on the target device replacing the ‘DataPlus PC.exe’ file already there. DataPlus PC cannot be running when copying the file.
